SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Griselda, a psychologist from the University of Chile, specializes in organizational development. She has primarily worked in the private sector, particularly in the mining industry. For over a decade, she held positions as Superintendent of Organizational Development and Superintendent of Labor Relations at Doña Inés de Collahuasi Mining Company. Between 2001 and 2002, she completed an international internship in Toronto, Canada.

Her extensive experience in human resources, labor relations, and gender has allowed her to advise and contribute to both public and private companies.

Since 2010, she has collaborated directly with Carmona Abogados, taking on roles in administration and internal and external consulting.
