Gabriela studied at Arturo Prat University from 2015 to 2019, where she stood out for her academic performance and graduated with the highest honors.
During her university years, she actively participated in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, joining the Law Student Council in 2018 and organizing the Consumer Rights Days in 2019. Her interest in gender equity and equality led her to contribute to the creation of the Gender and Sexuality Secretariat at Arturo Prat University, a significant reference point for student support.
She completed her professional practice at the Legal Aid Corporation of Tarapacá, focusing on family law, gaining solid experience in handling various legal cases such as child support, custody, visitation rights, and divorces.
In 2020, she graduated with a specialization in Patrimonial Civil Law, gaining expertise in civil liability, contractual remedies, family law’s patrimonial aspects, and special regimes of civil liability, among others.
After obtaining her professional title from the Supreme Court in August 2022, she began working at Carmona Abogados in September of the same year. She has handled various legal matters but has a special focus on family law and child and adolescent protection cases (NNA). This focus has led her to expand her knowledge through several courses, particularly in Human Rights and Children’s Rights, and she has also enrolled in a diploma program focused on Family, Childhood, and Adolescent Law.
