Patricio Rojas Castro


Patricio, originally from Iquique, completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy at the Catholic University of Valparaíso. He then pursued Law at Arturo Prat University in Iquique, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences and qualifying as an attorney.

He has distinguished himself for his research in contractual and extra-contractual liability. His thesis, titled “Liability in the Breach of Marital Duties: Nature and Right to Compensation,” addresses the complex issue of responsibility arising from obligations and duties in matters of affiliation.

Professionally, he contributed as a consultant to a team of nutritionist experts investigating hypokalemia (low potassium levels) and its effects, particularly in the case of the ADN milk drink, a trial that took place in Chile during 2007 and 2008.

In his pursuit of professional improvement, he has completed several courses, including protection measures for children’s rights violations, labor proceedings, criminal litigation, corporate legal advice, and title studies. His areas of practice include criminal defense, family law, and local police law.
